Butter/Chocolate Curler

There’s nothing like real butter on the table.  It’s even better when the butter is decorative and it only takes a minute or two to create butter curls with this gadget.  They are extra special when served in individual dishes at each place setting or when grouped on a white, clear or black plate on the table for all to share.  The butter will also come to room temperature faster for smoother spreading when shaped into curls.  I love a butter curler not only for it’s ability to form these unique edible shapes, it’s a great tool to make chocolate curls as a garnish for various desserts. As the sharp teeth are intended for butter & chocolate, I particularly love working with this utensil to also hollow out the seeds from pumpkins and assorted squashes, not to mention melons & cucumbers.  It gives a cleaner edge to the interior and does the job a lot faster than a spoon.
